Who we are

Drivr is a product of Giulio Lippini Nesti, P.IVA 04702200405, Via Cornacchiara 75, 47030 Forli-Cesena (FC), Italy (“we”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at heyitsgln@drivr.build.

What we collect

  • The details you enter in the waitlist form, such as your email address.
  • The content of any email you send us.
  • Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use your email to tell you about Drivr's availability and to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent (waitlist) and our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the site secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it

The waitlist form is provided by Tally, which stores submissions on our behalf. The site is served by a hosting provider. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

The Drivr app

The Drivr app runs agent command-line tools, like the official claude CLI, on your own Mac under your own accounts. Those tools handle their own login. Drivr never reads, stores or proxies your Claude credentials or tokens.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until Drivr launches or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first, and emails for as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to heyitsgln@drivr.build. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
